Yesterday after waking up early, putting everything away, locking the suitcases and the long 4 hr ride to the airport, we were ready to head home. Checked in our bags, and went to go get a hot dog for lunch as we knew we wouldn’t have time to eat the rest of the day. Went to the first security check point where they told us our flight was canceled and we should go back to the airline counter. Of course there was a long line there. Once we got up to the counter they informed us they could put us on another flight tomorrow.Luckily they put us up in a nice hotel for the evening. Once we got to the hotel we let the people watching our animals know we would not be home tonight and the person picking us up, we would be a day later and wouldn’t get in till after midnight. Since it would be too late for them we decided getting an Uber would be the best thing to do. We got a good night sleep and had a wonderful breakfast. We are headed back to the airport soon. Hopefully we get home tonight. We would like to thank everyone for their prayers and financial support. It was a wonderful trip with helping lots of people.
